Wythenshawe do

19th October 2012

On a glorious September day, a group of Wythenshawe (and South Manchester) Parent Carers met for a Carvery Lunch. In the spirit of “Health and wellbeing” most opted for a carvery meal with all the trimmings but of course leaving room for desert!
It was fantastic to share time together with lots of fun and laughter, time to sit back and relax enjoying the company of others all from Talbot House. It was made all the more special as it has been difficult for large numbers to all meet together as we work towards our own premises in the Wythenshawe locality.

One of our Parents said “it is amazing, everyone here has a child with a disability I am not the only one”
For any Parent Carers out there who have not yet found us! we are currently holding coffee mornings in the Tree of Life on Green Brow Road every Monday mornings 10 – 12.

Please contact Emma on 07805 234 272 or Talbot House in Newton Heath directly on 0161 203 4095 for further information.
